Yes! Bring your insurance card with you to your appointment and we will bill them directly. We charge the 2024 BCCOHP fee guide with no additional fees. If you do not have 100% coverage, there may be fees associated with your visit. Please check with your insurance provider for exact coverage and any limitations
No! We are not here to take you away from your dentist, we will work with them to ensure you always have the best care possible!
As every patient presents with individual needs, each appointment is based on those needs. If you are a new patient, and perhaps it has been a while, you can expect the appointment to take longer and therefore the cost associated will be higher.
*check with your insurance provider to get to know your coverage. If you don't know how, we can help you with that too!
Whitening should not hurt. You can expect to feel some warmth from the light during your treatment, but should not feel associated pain.
*everyone is different, some may feel discomfort or sensitivity during/after treatment. This should stop within 24 hours.
We require 24 hours notice to cancel an appointment. You can send us a text, e-mail, or leave a voicemail if you are unable to get us on the phone. Short notice cancellations and no shows are subject to a $100 charge.
* We do try to provide a 15 minute window for patients who are late, after such time has passed, you are considered to be a no show for your appointment and will be subject to the $100 fee.
We are not currently offering regular evening appointments. At this time our clinic is closed on weekends and holidays.
